Dalton Stanley is a Pikeville native who came home to practice the kind of law Eastern Kentucky families actually need. He holds a law degree and an MBA from the University of Kentucky, combining legal skill with a practical understanding of household finances.

Court-level experience

Before opening Stanley Bankruptcy Law, Dalton served as a Judicial Law Clerk at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky, working directly with judges on the same kinds of cases he now files, and worked at the DOJ Office of the U.S. Trustee, the watchdog of the bankruptcy system. He knows how judges evaluate cases, what trustees look for, and how to prepare a filing that stands up.
